1) Is it very low cost compare to local companies. Why is it?
We offer indoor/outdoor banners and varieties of stickers. Because we sell items as whole sale prices, we are able to give the lowest prices with the best quality. Indeed, we work for many local banner companies for wholesale. BUT we sell even ONE item as a WHOLE SALE price to individual customers.

2)Is it really guaranteed for the quality?
About 80% of customers return for the next order and stay with us. (rest 20% are new customers). We NEVER had complains about the quality.

3) What materials do you guys use?
We use 13oz heavy fiber reinforced banners. It is used for indoor and outdoor banners and lasts YEARS. For outdoors, you don't have to worry about for the minor wind or rain damages. It is SAFE for indoor and outdoor because it is UV-protected and water-protcted.

4) What is turnaround time?
As soon as you place an order, we ship out next business day no matter what. ( if the quantity is more than 10 banners, please arrange for the best turn around days!) If you request design proof, we usually send the design proof within 4 business hours, so as soon as the design is approved we send it out next business day.

5)Is there any extra charge?
NO EXTRA CHARGE. we only require you to pay the amount of fixed price and shipping. Free full grapic design assistant, Free design proof, Free Grommets, Free Hemmings. Check invoice sample

6)What is file requirement?

  • Customers with Print Ready Files - Click Order Button and Upload Files
  • Customers already sent us the File, Click Order Button
  • Adjust QTY on the Checkout Page, if you want to order more than 1 same design, same size banner.
  • Shipping cost depends on the package weight and your location. Click Order Button,select size and click "Add to Cart".
    You can check real shipping cost when you type your zipe code.
  • Before you get the confirmation page, system will not charge anything.

  • Full(100%) image size with 72dpi
  • Half(50%) image size with 150 dpi
  • 25% image size with 300 dpi

    • 7)How do I place the order?
    It is much faster to place an order from the online. But if you prefer fax order or phone order. You are more than welcome to do so. Our phone number and fax number is under the menu of "CONTACT US"

    8)What's the choice of shipping?
    Please check "SHIPPING" menu. Also if you would like to pick it up, you are more than welcome to pick it up from our office. ( please check the address from "CONTACT US")

    9)What's the return or exchange policy?
    Since all the items are customized, we cannot resell it which means no return or exchange please. If any problem occurs due to OUR FUALT, we guarantee for a full money back.(may vary of situation) But if any problem occurs even if it's your fault, please contact us we would more than happy to make an arrangement with you!

    10)May I have samples for free?
    No samples!
